SMACK DUC IN ALTUM
ENDOWMENT
SMACK Duc In Altum Endowment is a single-purpose fund established by members of the Smack 70's cohort of St Mary's College Kisubi.
The sole purpose of the Fund is to support the design development and building of St Mary's College Kisubi Infrastructure, beginning with the College Masterplan.
Upon the SMACK BoG approval of the Endowment chosen projects, the Fund shall design and build to completion, all the approved projects, and hand them over to the BoG with no liabilities to St Mary's College Kisubi.
The Endowment Funding Source shall consist of but is not limited to Fund Raisers, Giftings and related Donations.
This Endowment is promoted by the SMACK 70’s OBs teams, and supported by over 150 well-learned and experienced professionals of different categories including: Managers, Doctors, Economists, Engineers, Educationists, Lawyers, Architects, Businessmen, Contractors, and others, filled with great love for their school SMACK.

ENDOWMENT FUND ESTABLISHMENT
The SMACK 70's OBs have established THE SMACK DUC IN ALTUM ENDOWMENT FUND, within Uganda and the USA.
The Endowment is a dedicated vehicle for the mobilization of approved project contributions, giftings and donations- Money now that shall fund Endowment works forever under the Endowment Leadership Teams Strategic Plans.

MASTER PLAN
DEVELOPMENT
The Endowment and the SMACK Board of Governors are working together to develop the school’s master plan to serve the college well into the future.
Our master plan is a collaborative approach to improving SMACK physical and academic infrastructure and providing long-term benefits to secure a bright future for generations to come.

TARGETED INFRASTRUCTURE
SUPPORT
The Endowment aims to develop to completion the following components of college infrastructure;

Computer and AI teaching infrastructure
These indicative targets shall go a long way to secure the future of the college as a center of excellence.

"Going back so many years....there are many matches that I enjoyed playing on the left wing, but one that comes to mind most was one the final of the Central Region, Senior Schools Cup 1973, which brought together schools from the Central Region..."
Every year, the 70’s SMACK alumni come together for a grand get-together bash. It is an event that everyone looks forward to, as it gives us the opportunity to reconnect with old friends, reminisce about our school days, and create new memories together.
With the establishment of The Endowment, the annual bash becomes also the final year end fundraising and gifting event.
